Environment
The Chilcote Company has been in
the forefront of developing systems to reduce waste and recycle raw
materials in our industry. The company installed equipment to help
recycle excess paper waste. In addition, we have added numerous recycled
items to our product offerings. In some cases the recycled waste we send
out returns to us as recycled paper ready for a new round of production.
This type of closed loop
manufacturing process benefits our company, as it helps reduce costs,
increasing the quality of raw materials and benefiting the environment.
In addition, The Chilcote Company has gone to a paperless records
storage system that enhances workflow and sharing of information, as
well as dramatically reducing the amount of paper consumed by the
company.
Charitable Works
Since the company’s founding,
The Chilcote Company has been active in supporting their local
communities through charitable donations and sponsorships. We now
maintain an involvement with many charities through financial support
and product donations.
